Happy Monday heroes! We have some news coming out of The Hollywood Reporter. We’ve learned that Gary Dauberman and James Wan will be working together to remake the 1990s cartoon Gargoyles into a live-action series for Disney +. Now, we don’t know if Steve Perry, Brynne Chandler, or even Greg Weisman will be returning to help write this series. I know fans have wanted a reboot or remake of the infamous Gargoyles series but I think it’s safe to say that people maybe done with live-action reboots of animated series. I know I’m in the camp where I much rather just see newer cartoon incarnations of older series. Heck, I would be interested in seeing some live-action only films becoming animated just to see what artist could do given the limitations live-action has sometimes. That being said, let us know what you think down below. There is no release date for this series yet, let alone casting but it is in the works now that the writers strike seem to be over.
